75 Glen Road

 

I am not sure what is happening at this lovely house.

Built in 1962 and with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and, they say, 1 parking space although it has a drive so I am not too sure how they define a 'parking space' unless it is on the road.

It is empty and there is no energy in the house at all.

This garden was, until recently, well maintained and looked very pretty. That will go when the developers move in, demolish it and build a dozen tiny houses. There was no sold sign or open homes and it is opposite the sad houses at 63 Glen Road.

The replacement patch of earth shoved on these 'new builds' like No. 63 doesn't really count as a garden does it, compared to this? I assume most people don't need a garden and kids will play on their computers.
