Remedial Work

The work to make the site buildable started in mid-June. So far the remedial work to make the site buildable has taken nearly three months. 

No foundations laid yet as far as I can see. Just a nightmare of noise with no apology from Friday Homes and the prospect of more cement mixers. (They have wheels why can't they go away andmix somewhere else?) 

Breeze blocks stop the diggers from wrecking our fence not that this is much comfort with lorries thud and crash constantly.

I am not sure but I suspect that Urban Plus might have asked for no weekend work which I know everyone appreciates. Having two days without the unpleasant and invasive racket is the only thing keeping us sane.

But, I don't hold out much hope of quiet weekends over the summer without a fight.
