The Council

The Council claims to be looking after the interests of its ratepayers.

I am not so sure.

Why? Because no one has done us the courtesy of letting us know:

1: Who is doing the work on Tawhai Street.

2: Why it is being done.

3: Why we need to endure loud radio noise and pop music.

3: Who will benefit i.e. just the residents in the social housing or the houses in the Kereru Grove/TawhaiStreet/Glen Road.

Best of all, no-one has told us how long this prelude to two years of noisy building work will take, nor have they apologise for the day long noise we are enduring.
